Bridal Elegance

I had this vision of a simple bridal look. A non-traditional look. Something that was attainable to anyone. That would make anyone feel gorgeous on their special day. And it could not have turned out any better. What an amazing feeling when a vision comes to life! Over the top wedding looks are AMAZING! Any photographer (including me) loves to shoot that type of look. It takes an immense amount of talent and hours from vendors to create a clients "dream wedding". It's an amazing process that's worth every penny. It can turn an ordinary place into a dreamland. However, not everyone has those types of penny's. Grand hair and makeup, exotic locations, flowers draped from every chair, 3 course meals, open bar, you get the idea. Weddings are a grand day. As they should be, but you don't need all that to have a grand day. You just need love and a good dress ;-)
I wanted to show a look that any woman could pull off and feel gorgeous while doing it. A look that makes you feel like a million bucks without actually spending it! A non-traditional look of simple with a splash of color. A timeless look that when you looked back on you feel just as gorgeous now as you did then. I think I succeeded!!!! I was lucky enough to be able to partner up with Elitaire Boutique and In Bloom Downtown to create this magic. We did 2 looks, one white and one lilac. My model (and dear sweet friend Jen) did her own makeup and hair which she NAILED! We walked around Downtown Huntsville, talked, laughed and made some magic happen. It was glorious and EXACTLY what I had in mind. Simple, elegant, and timeless! If you are a bride doing a big wedding or just a simple ceremony in your back yard.
